DOT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program

The DOT DBE program provides race-conscious and race-neutral contracting opportunities for socially and economically disadvantaged businesses in federally funded transportation projects; 10% of federal surface transportation funds are directed toward DBE participation.
