Eligibility
Commercial building owners in Elk Grove, or business tenants with property owner consent, improving publicly visible commercial façades on occupied or soon-to-be-occupied business buildings.
Requirements
- Own a commercial building in Elk Grove that fronts on and is accessible from a public right-of-way, or apply as a business tenant with property owner consent
- Have an occupied business building or a vacant building where improvements are expected to support business occupancy
- Ensure the building owner and business tenants are properly registered with the California Secretary of State if applicable
