Orlando uses HOME Investment Partnerships Program resources for affordable rental housing, CHDO projects, first-time homebuyer assistance, owner-occupied housing improvements, and other eligible housing activities.
Eligibility
Affordable housing developers, community housing development organizations, nonprofits, public partners, and income-qualified households with eligible Orlando housing projects or needs.
Requirements
- Apply through city housing funding or annual action plan processes when available
- Provide project scope, site control, budget, financing, affordability plan, income eligibility, and compliance documentation
- Meet HOME affordability, environmental, relocation, reporting, and monitoring requirements
