Eligibility
Women entrepreneurs and small business owners in Oregon can become OWBC members and access advising, training, and resource navigation; open advising is available even without membership.
Requirements
- Operate or plan to start a business in Oregon or Southwest Washington
- Complete the OWBC or Livelihood NW intake process for membership or advising
- Use services for business planning, marketing, financial projections, loan readiness, or growth needs
