Eligibility
Colorado manufacturers may qualify if they produce and sell eligible components or critical minerals under Internal Revenue Code Section 45X and meet IRS rules.
Requirements
- Produce eligible advanced manufacturing components or critical minerals
- Sell eligible products to an unrelated person as required
- Claim the credit using IRS procedures and maintain records supporting eligibility
