Affordable housing developers, nonprofit housing providers, and public-private partners pursuing qualifying affordable housing projects in Sacramento.
Requirements
- Coordinate with city housing or SHRA staff for available funding opportunities
- Provide project scope, development budget, funding sources, site control, and affordability commitments
- Comply with loan or grant agreement, affordability covenant, and reporting requirements
