About this program
The Town of Mansfield is a participating Connecticut C-PACE community, making Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy financing available to eligible Storrs and Mansfield property owners. C-PACE provides long-term financing for qualifying energy efficiency, renewable energy, resiliency, and clean energy improvements, with repayment through a voluntary property tax assessment. The program can finance up to 100% of eligible project costs for commercial, industrial, nonprofit, and multifamily properties.
Eligibility
Eligible commercial, industrial, nonprofit, and multifamily property owners in Mansfield or Storrs pursuing qualifying energy efficiency, renewable energy, resiliency, or clean energy improvements.
