Eligibility
North Dakota-based entrepreneurs with scalable professional services businesses with potential to become a primary sector certified business. Must be headquartered in ND and registered with ND Secretary of State.
Requirements
- North Dakota-based business with at least one founder residing in the state
- Business must be scalable with primary sector potential
- Must not be a purely local retail, hospitality, or local-service venture
