The City of Little Rock CDBG-DR New Affordable Housing Construction Program addresses affordable housing needs worsened by the March 31, 2023 tornado. The program supports construction of affordable single-family, small rental, or multifamily housing, including on City-owned or acquired land, through subsidies or loans to developers for projects serving eligible households in the presidentially declared disaster area.
Eligibility
Affordable housing developers and eligible housing project sponsors may seek funding for qualifying affordable housing construction projects in Little Rock disaster recovery areas when the procurement opportunity is released.
Requirements
