About this program
Advance ND is a North Dakota Development Fund program that awards deal-closing low-interest loans to companies considering new industrial projects in North Dakota. Eligible projects include value-added energy, value-added agriculture, and manufacturing projects that contribute significant capital investment, add value to North Dakota resources, and provide new employment opportunities. Companies may receive up to 20% of total project cost, capped at $20 million, for projects with a minimum cost of $5 million.
Eligibility
Primary-sector certified companies considering a new industrial project in North Dakota with at least $5 million in total project cost.
Requirements
