Eligibility
Rural South Carolina businesses, including manufacturers, may be eligible when a qualified lender seeks a USDA guarantee for an eligible business purpose in an eligible rural area.
Requirements
- Locate the project in an eligible rural area.
- Apply through an eligible commercial lender.
- Use proceeds for eligible business purposes such as equipment, working capital, real estate, or business acquisition.
