Eligibility
Non-entitlement Indiana towns, cities, and counties. Projects must primarily benefit low-to-moderate income persons or address slum and blight conditions.
Requirements
- Must be a non-entitlement Indiana local government or community organization
- Projects must meet CDBG national objectives
- Must demonstrate community need
