Mesa Foreign Trade Zone 221 allows eligible companies involved in international trade to access foreign trade zone benefits such as duty deferral, duty reduction, streamlined customs procedures, and Arizona property tax treatment for activated zone users.
Eligibility
Eligible importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors, and logistics companies operating in or activating sites under Mesa Foreign Trade Zone 221 requirements.
Requirements
- Coordinate with Mesa Office of Economic Development and FTZ administrators
- Apply for FTZ site sponsorship or activation as applicable
- Maintain customs, inventory, security, and reporting compliance
