Any small business registered in the state of Maryland with a product or service that has a reasonable expectation of being procured under a government contract or purchase order.
Requirements
- Must be a small business registered in Maryland
- Must have a product or service applicable to government procurement
- Must meet with a procurement specialist for counseling
