About this program
FINANTA provides small business loans, economic development loans, lines of credit, and New Markets Tax Credit financing for entrepreneurs and community development projects in the Philadelphia region.
Eligibility
Businesses and community development projects in the Greater Philadelphia area that meet FINANTA underwriting and impact requirements for larger small business or economic development financing.
Requirements

- Meet underwriting and collateral requirements when applicable
