Eligibility
New Mexico small businesses including trade contractors and construction firms. Loans are administered through partner community lending organizations. Businesses in underserved communities and those owned by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals may receive priority.
Requirements
- Must be a small business operating in New Mexico
- Must apply through an NMFA-partnered community lending organization
- Must meet lender underwriting requirements
