Eligibility
Restaurant owners who own or are rehabilitating certified historic structures or buildings in certified historic districts for income-producing use.
Requirements
- Building must be a certified historic structure or in a certified historic district
- Rehabilitation must meet Secretary of Interior's Standards
- Must be income-producing property (restaurants qualify)
