Eligible Oregon workforce, education, nonprofit, community-based, and industry partners may apply or participate in manufacturing-focused workforce grant projects.
Requirements
- Align the project with Oregon's manufacturing industry workforce priorities
- Operate as or partner with an eligible workforce, education, employer, or community organization
- Submit required grant application materials during an open HECC funding opportunity
