About this program
The Delaware Site Readiness Fund invests in development or improvement of commercial and industrial sites so communities can attract employers, accelerate redevelopment, and support job creation.
Eligibility
Eligible site owners, developers, municipalities, and economic development partners with commercial or industrial sites in Delaware that can support job-creating business attraction or expansion.
Requirements
- Contact the Division of Small Business regional business manager before applying
- Provide site information, ownership, readiness needs, budget, match, timeline, and economic impact
- Complete grant agreement, eligible site work, and reporting requirements
