Free SBA entrepreneurship education delivered at Maryland's 15 military installations (including Aberdeen Proving Ground, Fort Meade, Fort Detrick, Naval Academy, Joint Base Andrews, Patuxent River NAS) as part of the DoD Transition Assistance Program; delivered by the Mid-Atlantic VBOC at UMD; off-installation Boots to Business Reboot available statewide.

Eligibility
Active-duty transitioning service members and their spouses at Maryland military installations (on-installation B2B); veterans of all eras, Guard/Reserve members, and military spouses statewide via Reboot (off-installation).
Requirements
- Transitioning active-duty service member or military spouse
- On-installation: register through the TAP/SFL-TAP Center at your Maryland installation
- Off-installation Reboot: contact Mid-Atlantic VBOC at midatlanticvboc.com
