About this program
Georgia's Employment Incentive Program provides funding to local governments for infrastructure and other eligible activities that support business locations or expansions creating jobs for low- and moderate-income persons.
Eligibility
Eligible Georgia local governments, including Decatur or DeKalb County, applying on behalf of qualifying job-creating business projects.
Requirements
- Local government submits application for an eligible business project
- Document job creation, low- and moderate-income benefit, private investment, and project need
- Meet CDBG, environmental, procurement, and reporting requirements
