Low-interest lending for small businesses across the Capital Region, with emphasis on women-, minority-, and low-income-owned businesses. Loans support property, equipment, inventory, cash flow, working capital, and green technology.
Eligibility
Small businesses in Albany, Columbia, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren, and Washington Counties.
Requirements
- Must be a small business owned by women, minorities, or people of low-income
- Must be located in one of 11 specified counties in the Capital Region
- For new businesses: maximum loan of $25,000
