The Stay Gold Fund provides grants for trans individuals in New York State seeking gender-affirming procedures, with funds paid directly to the recipient's provider.
Eligibility
Trans individuals age 18 or older who live in New York State, plan to have their procedure in New York State, have identified a provider, meet cost-share criteria, and demonstrate need and support.
Requirements
- Applicants must document New York residency, provider information, procedure cost, savings or insurance coverage of at least 30 percent, emotional urgency, and post-procedure support system.
