HI C-PACER Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy and Resiliency Program
HI C-PACER enables building owners and developers to access private-sector financing for energy efficiency, water conservation, renewable energy, resilience, and other qualifying improvements, repaid through a property assessment. Program launched statewide July 1, 2024.

Eligibility
Owners of existing or new fee simple or leasehold non-residential real property, multi-family dwellings with 5+ units, and condominium associations in Hawaii.
Requirements
- Must own an eligible Hawaii property
- Eligible properties include non-residential, multi-family (5+ units), and condo associations
- Must install qualifying energy, water, or resiliency improvements
