Eligibility
Indian-owned businesses, contractors, subcontractors, employers, and Native workers operating within the Tribe's jurisdiction may be subject to or benefit from Southern Ute TERO rules.
Requirements
- Operate as an eligible Indian-owned business or contractor under Southern Ute TERO rules
- Comply with TERO employment, contracting, and registration requirements
- Use preference or compliance processes for eligible work on or near the Reservation
