About this program
The Delaware Accelerator and Seed Capital Program is an SSBCI-supported program designed to provide startup and early-stage businesses with access to risk capital. The program supports entrepreneurs and early companies that need capital to commercialize products, grow teams, reach customers, and advance toward private investment readiness.
Eligibility
Eligible Delaware startup and early-stage companies may apply for seed or accelerator capital through the Delaware Division of Small Business and approved program channels.
Requirements
- Business must be located in Delaware or commit to eligible Delaware operations.
- Applicant must be a startup or early-stage business.
- Project must meet SSBCI and Delaware program eligibility rules.
