Washtenaw County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority can support approved brownfield plans that use tax increment financing to reimburse eligible environmental, demolition, infrastructure, and redevelopment costs for qualifying projects.

Eligible developers, property owners, and municipalities with qualifying brownfield redevelopment projects in Washtenaw County, including Ypsilanti.
Requirements
