The Mississippi Advantage Jobs Incentive Program provides a cash rebate based on a percentage of payroll withholding for eligible projects that create qualifying jobs with wages above state or county averages.
Eligibility
Eligible businesses creating new full-time jobs in Mississippi that meet wage and benefits requirements, including qualifying Oxford projects.
Requirements
- Apply through the Mississippi Development Authority before hiring commitments
- Meet job creation, wage, benefits, and payroll requirements
- Enter into program agreement and document performance
