Nevada hemp handler certification authorizes approved facilities to receive industrial hemp for processing into commodities, products, or agricultural hemp seed.

Eligibility
Eligible Nevada hemp handlers must apply to the Department of Agriculture, provide required facility and ownership information, complete criminal history checks, and comply with testing and handling rules.
Requirements
- Submit a separate hemp handler application for each facility and pay required fees by July 1.
- Provide a criminal history report completed within 120 days before application.
- Disclose facility, ownership, handling, processing, and product information required by the Department.
