Provides microloans from $500 to $50,000 to Wyoming businesses of all sectors, including retail, to start or expand operations. Open to all Wyoming residents, not limited to women-owned businesses.

Must be owned by a Wyoming resident and operating within Wyoming. Open to all business structures including sole proprietors, partnerships, LLCs, and corporations.
