Eligibility

Eligible applicants are small businesses that are majority owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals or qualifying Native entities and meet SBA 8(a) program requirements.

Requirements

  • Meet SBA small business size standards for the primary industry.
  • Show qualifying ownership, control, social disadvantage, and economic disadvantage or Native entity eligibility.
  • Register in SAM.gov and apply through SBA's certification portal.
