About this program
The Steelyard TIF Small Business Grant Program provides grant support to eligible retail businesses in selected Cleveland neighborhoods. The program is connected to Cleveland’s economic resurgence agenda and supports small business investment in neighborhoods such as Tremont and Ohio City.
Eligibility
Eligible small retail businesses located in the City of Cleveland and within the designated Steelyard TIF grant geography.
Requirements
- Operate an eligible retail business in the designated program area
- Submit application by the current deadline with business and project documentation
- Use funds for approved small business costs and comply with grant agreement and reporting requirements
