Manufacturers can benefit when an eligible public applicant seeks infrastructure funding for a qualifying economic development project that creates jobs and investment in South Carolina.
Requirements
- Work with an eligible public applicant such as a county, municipality, or utility.
- Demonstrate that infrastructure improvements support a manufacturing or industrial project.
- Document job creation, private investment, project readiness, and public infrastructure need.
