About this program
The Michigan Community Revitalization Program supports eligible real estate redevelopment, infill, mixed-use, historic, and community revitalization projects that strengthen downtowns and commercial areas in Michigan communities.
Eligibility
Developers, property owners, and local partners with eligible redevelopment projects in East Lansing or elsewhere in Michigan.
Requirements
- Coordinate with MEDC before beginning the project
- Submit project budget, gap analysis, site control, financing, local support, and community impact materials
- Receive Michigan Strategic Fund approval and comply with award requirements
