Eligibility
LGBTQ-owned and allied small businesses in Colorado can seek participation when NGLCC opens XLR8 cohorts for companies at different revenue and growth stages.
Requirements
- Operate an LGBTQ-owned or eligible allied small business
- Apply or sign up for the applicable XLR8 cohort when available
- Participate in weekly online programming, mentoring, and business-growth project work
