Capital Access Program (CAP) — Oregon
Loan guarantee program helping Oregon small businesses access bank financing they couldn't otherwise obtain.
About this program
Oregon's Capital Access Program enables participating lenders to make loans to small businesses that don't meet conventional underwriting standards. The state and lender each contribute a small percentage to a loan loss reserve fund, allowing lenders to take on higher-risk loans. Loans can be used for working capital, equipment, real estate, and startup costs.
Eligibility
Oregon small businesses applying through a participating CAP lender.
