About this program
The Capacity Building Grant helps Wisconsin communities and regional organizations develop planning, staffing, training, and organizational capacity for economic development work that can support businesses and commercial corridors.
Eligibility
McFarland or Wisconsin local governments, regional economic development organizations, chambers, and other eligible nonprofit or public economic development partners.
Requirements
- Demonstrate economic development capacity need
- Use funds for eligible planning, training, staffing, or organizational work
- Meet WEDC match and reporting requirements
