Small professional services businesses in Minnesota communities impacted by structural racial discrimination, civil unrest, or lack of capital access. Distributed through legislatively named PROMISE Act partner organizations.
Requirements
- Must be a small business in an eligible community
- Must work with a designated PROMISE Act community partner organization
- Funds may be used for working capital, payroll, rent, utilities, or equipment
