Eligibility
Zone investors located in a designated Virginia Enterprise Zone that created grant-eligible jobs in calendar year 2025 (January 1 – December 31, 2025).
Requirements
- Must operate within a designated Virginia Enterprise Zone
- Must create net new jobs during the calendar year
- Employees must earn at least 150% of minimum wage with health benefits
