Little Rock's CDBG-DR HRP provides up to $350,000 per eligible household for tornado-related home repair, reconstruction, or replacement.
About this program
The City of Little Rock CDBG-DR Homeowner Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Program addresses unmet housing recovery needs from the March 31, 2023 tornado. Eligible households may receive assistance to repair, reconstruct, or replace damaged homes, or reimbursement for eligible repair, rehabilitation, or reconstruction costs incurred before applying, within program limits and HUD disaster recovery rules.
Eligibility
Eligible Little Rock homeowners with tornado-related unmet housing recovery needs in the presidentially declared disaster area may apply.
Requirements
- Property must be in eligible Little Rock disaster recovery areas tied to the March 31, 2023 tornado.
- Applicant must be an eligible homeowner household under CDBG-DR program rules.
- Damage or unmet need must be connected to the eligible disaster event.
