About this program
The Land and Community Heritage Investment Program provides matching grants to communities and nonprofits for conservation and preservation of significant natural, cultural, and historic resources. Concord nonprofits and public entities can use LCHIP for eligible land conservation, historic building, and heritage projects.
Eligibility
Eligible New Hampshire municipalities and nonprofit organizations sponsoring qualifying conservation or historic preservation projects.
Requirements
- Project must conserve or preserve significant natural, cultural, or historic resources
- Provide required match and project documentation such as appraisal, preservation scope, or conservation plan
- Complete LCHIP application, review, grant agreement, and reporting requirements
