About this program
Think Blue San Diego and the City of San Diego offer rebates for rain barrels and cisterns that capture rooftop rainwater, reduce stormwater pollution, and provide water for on-site use.
Eligibility
City of San Diego Public Utilities Department water customers with eligible properties installing qualifying rain barrel or cistern equipment.
Requirements
- Apply through Think Blue San Diego rebate process
- Purchase and install qualifying rainwater capture equipment
- Submit receipts, photos, capacity documentation, and property information
