Grants up to $50,000 to Delaware-based non-STEM small businesses. Funds can be used for equipment purchases, infrastructure improvements, marketing, technology upgrades, or rental space. Awarded via competitive pitch competition.

Application rounds open February and August. EDGE 2.0 launched Fall 2025; total $400K available for Entrepreneur class per round. Pitch finals held publicly.
Eligibility
Delaware-based small business (51%+ located in DE) with 10 or fewer employees, in operation 7 years or fewer. Non-STEM track. 3:1 state-to-business match required.
