About this program
Element 46 is Westchester County's official startup accelerator for early-stage technology ventures. The program provides a multi-week curriculum, mentor matching, pitch and networking opportunities, office hours, professional service provider access, and startup community support at no cost to selected founders. Applicants must have a technology startup with a minimum viable product or usable prototype that is near or in testing with users, and fall 2026 cohort details are expected after the spring 2026 cohort closes.
Eligibility
Early-stage technology startup founders in Westchester County, including White Plains, who are at least 18 years old, have an original independent venture with a technology component, and have a minimum viable product or usable prototype near or in user testing.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old by the start of the program
- Submit a complete Element 46 application during an open cohort window
- Have an original, independent, and autonomous venture
