Tax refund program providing inducement for value-added businesses creating high-wage jobs in targeted high-value-added industries in Florida.

Pre-approval required before announcing project or commencing operations. Local match minimum 20%.
Eligibility
Businesses creating high-wage jobs in qualified target industries (manufacturing, IT, life sciences, financial services, etc.). Must commit to job creation with average wages above prescribed thresholds. Local government must provide minimum 20% match.
