Eligibility
Eligible applicants are small businesses majority owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals or qualifying entities that meet SBA size, character, potential-for-success, and economic-disadvantage rules.
Requirements
- Meet SBA small business size standards for the primary industry.
- Show qualifying ownership, control, social disadvantage, and economic disadvantage.
- Register in SAM.gov and apply through SBA's certification portal.
