Eligibility
Applicants generally must be age 55 or older, unemployed, and meet federal low-income requirements; Rhode Island applicants may be routed to the appropriate SCSEP operator through the online application or local program network.
Requirements
- Applicant must be age 55 or older.
- Applicant must be unemployed and meet income eligibility, generally at or below 125 percent of the federal poverty level.
- Applicant must complete intake and eligibility documentation required by the SCSEP operator.
