About this program
Salt Lake City’s redevelopment tools can support storefront activation and exterior commercial improvements that advance project area objectives. Assistance is generally tied to location, public benefit, and adopted project area priorities.
Eligibility
Eligible businesses, property owners, and project sponsors in Salt Lake City RDA project areas with qualifying storefront or activation improvements.
Requirements
- Verify eligibility with Salt Lake City RDA staff
- Submit project scope, estimates, photos, ownership or tenant authorization, and public benefit information
- Complete approved work and comply with funding agreement documentation
