Multi-year commercial corridor revitalization grants for CBOs in targeted neighborhoods following a Commercial District Needs Assessment. Up to $300,000 per year for up to 3 years.
Eligibility
Community-based organizations in eligible neighborhoods; grants support staffing, planning, and implementation.
Requirements
- Must be a nonprofit organization incorporated in New York State
- Must serve target neighborhoods of Forest Hills or Fort Greene & Clinton Hill
- Must be compliant with annual State and Federal filing requirements
