Qualified Target Industry (QTI) Tax Refund — Information Technology
Tax refunds of $3,000–$8,000 per net new job for tech companies (including software, digital media, and IT services) that locate or expand in Florida and create at least 10 jobs at above-average wages.

For-profit tech businesses in qualified target industries (infotech, digital media, software) creating at least 10 net new Florida full-time jobs at wages averaging at least 115% of the area average.
Requirements
- Must be in an eligible target industry including infotech, software, digital media
- Must create minimum 10 net new Florida full-time jobs
- Average wages must be at least 115% of area average annual wage
